Chocolate Cream & White Chocolate Chip Cookies

The source for today’s recipe is MARY JANES FARM Magazine. Easy, fast, and fun to make! Decadent and delicious, melts in your mouth right out of the oven. Sweet. Love, love the distinct chocolate wafer taste paired with the smooth white chocolate flavor. Great combination. Perfect party pleaser! Bet you can’t eat just one or two or three!

Yields: 18

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ounces chocolate cream sandwich cookies (about 9) coarsely chopped (try Newman-O's)
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped (try Green & Black's Organic White Chocolate)
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl or stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth; add eggs.
  4. Begin adding flour mixture, scraping the bowl periodically. Once all flour has been added and dough has formed, stir in chocolate cookies and white chocolate.
  5. Roll dough into 1" balls and place on prepared cookie sheets, spacing 2" apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes, switching cookie sheets between oven racks halfway through. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
