The inspiration for today’s recipe is from Pinterest. Easy, fast, tasty. Easy to make with only 4 ingredients and quick to bake. No baking involved! These healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bites are dairy free, egg free, gluten free, sugar free, and wheat free. Melt in your mouth cookie dough goodness! This healthy no bake recipe is a keeper!

Yields: 12

  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  1. In a bowl, Mix all of the ingredients together until you achieve your desired cookie dough consistency. Don’t worry if the peanut butter balls seem a little greasy. They will firm up in the fridge.
  2. Roll these into little balls on a baking sheet and cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 30 minutes
  • Total time: 35 minutes
