Peanut butter makes these muffins chewy and moist. Bananas add natural sweetness and they are low in sugar with only 1/4C. Healthy for the dairy and gluten sensitive belly, as they are dairy free and gluten free. Great breakfast to go! Great lunch box treat! This gluten free recipe is a keeper!!
