Healthy Journey Starts with Baby Steps: Clean 15

Dear Readers,

To continue the conversation on buying Organic food when on a budget as many of us are, the following information will be invaluable. You may wonder what to buy and where to start because Organic food can be expensive.

Some time ago, I discovered the Clean Fifteen, the 15 top fruits and vegetables with the least pesticide residue. Because of limited funds this list helped me immensely. It enabled me to decide what Organic foods should be a priority.

The 2016 Clean Fifteen list is as follows:

  1. Avocados
  2. Corn
  3. Pineapples
  4. Cabbage
  5. Sweet Peas
  6. Onions
  7. Asparagus
  8. Mangoes
  9. Papayas
  10. Kiwi
  11. Eggplant
  12. Honeydew
  13. Grapefruit
  14. Cantaloupe
  15. Cauliflower
