3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies!

Today’s recipe is from Instagram Easy, fast, tasty. Easy to make with only 3 ingredients and quick to bake in just 6-10 minutes. Flourless and gluten free, these peanut butter cookies are perfect for the gluten sensitive belly. Rich and chewy and full of flavor this healthy recipe is a keeper! Great for breakfast on the go! And great lunch box treat! Bet you can’t eat just one!

Yields: 18

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3/4-1 Cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 Egg
  1. Stir together 1 cup peanut butter, 3/4-1 cup granulated sweetener of choice and 1 egg until smooth.
  2. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet using a small cookie scoop. Press down cookies slightly and use a fork to criss cross the tops of them.
  3. Bake at 350F for 6-10 minutes, until soft and just brown on the bottoms. Allow to cool a bit before devouring!
  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 10 minutes
  • Total time: 15 minutes
