Easy Peanut Butter Muffins
The inspiration for today’s recipe is from Pinterest @2creatememories. Easy, fast, tasty. Easy to make with 7 ingredients mixed in one bowl and quick to bake in just 20 minutes. These muffins are healthy with only 1/3c sugar. Peanut butter and egg provide much needed protein. Peanut butter lovers, this one is for you! Great breakfast to go! Great lunch box treat!
Yields: 1 dozen
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Fill each muffin tin ½ full
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes; until golden and when you insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it is done.
- Sprinkle lightly with Powdered Sugar
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 20 minutes
- Total time: 25 minutes
