No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
The inspiration for today’s recipe is from Pinterest. Easy, fast, and tasty. Easy to make with only 4 ingredients and quick to bake. No baking involved! Just freeze 2 hours. Cool creamy melt in your mouth ooey gooey goodness! This “easy as pie” recipe is a keeper! Perfect party pleaser!
Yields: 1 pie
- 1 8.4 oz. Package Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 9-inch Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 10 oz. Container Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
- Set aside 2 chocolate chip cookies to crumble on top of the pie.
- Place milk in a measuring cup. Dip 8 cookies, one at a time, in the milk and place in a single layer on the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Dip each cookie quickly or it will fall apart. Spread 1/3 of the whipped topping evenly over the cookies.
- Dip 8 cookies, one at a time, in the milk and place in a single layer over the whipped topping. Spread the rest of the whipped topping evenly over the cookies.
- Cover and freeze 2 hours.
- Crumble the reserved 2 cookies and sprinkle on top of the pie before serving.
