Bananas add natural sweetness, while almond butter and eggs add much needed protein. Great for breakfast to go! Great lunch box treat! This healthy recipe is a keeper!!

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  1. Blend
  2. Grease muffin tin
  3. Pour batter into muffin tins
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes (muffins should be fluffy all of the way through and should not sink or settle)
  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 12 minutes
  • Total time: 22 minutes
